1.Claim should be 100% correct & lawful.

2.Incorrect claims are refused refunding Rs.1500/-

3.If it is seen that the amount is due and payable it should be disclosed & performed.

4.All required documents are properly provided xerox or certified true copies .

5.Check the process on mails & all communication copies are mailed or informed you .

6.Pay Legal fess / charges as applicable through the link mailed to you or through web site .

7.We reserve right to terminate services without stating any reason at any point of time of any reason or no reason by refunding fees deducting Rs.1500/-.

8.If.Personal meetings is not required it will be arranged by office online & all process is followed online & phone , on a request an appointment meeting is scheduled .

9.YOUR ROLE, COST , RISK AND CONSEQUENCES

After having authorization letter to proceed LEGALLY we lodge a civil SUIT on clients request by our advocate associates & team on pre informed & pre approved agreed cost like legal charges , filing charges etc .. consequences & risk involves when the claim information is incorrect , we do not accept incorrect claims to proceed & rejects if found incorrect any time during the actions & proceedings .
